Job Description
- Work as part of a full stack product team to develop solutions to ensure convenient experience for our customers, customer service, and operation.
- Utilise a variety of backend technologies (node.js) to build scalable products
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Focus on continuous improvement of product and processes
- Always strive for a better and cleaner and well documented code
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
Job Requirements
- Professional Experience with React.js and Node.js
- JavaScript Expertise
- (0 - 3) Years of Experience working as a Software Engineer
- Ability to work with both front and back-end developers
- RESTful API Development (GraphQL is a plus)
- Ample Communication Skills
- Ability to easily work on a team knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into usable product.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git)
- Problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
- Capable communicators passionate about product development and user experience.
- Desire to work in an open and team-oriented environment
- Takes end to end ownership of the development and operation of complete features.
- Ability to take on complex problems, learn quickly, and persist towards a good solution
