Main Purpose:
- Design and develop all programs that target the high potentials and work on their retention
Responsibilities:
- Design the company’s job rotation program to develop and retain current employees in order to prepare a second line for management roles.
- Design and Develop Edita’s Management Training, Summer Internship and job Shadowing Programs.
- Manage and implement on boarding& Induction Program in order to secure a smooth introduction for the company new comers.
- Work on creating and updating all job description and ensure that it reflects the required responsibilities
- Working on updating the company’s organizational structure and the HC Optimization
- Design and Develop high potential program and work on a proposal for high performers retention and setting a clear career progression for them
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration.
Experience: 3 - 5 Years of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
