About the Job

• Creating and preparing business reviews in coordination with reporting senior analyst.
• Creating on-time reports, business scorecards and results in management dashboards on a periodical basis to support the decision-making process both internally and externally
• Providing the necessary information as the need arises to assist and support the implementation of all new project scope
• Measure staff KPIs and results on an individual level on a periodical basis to ensure all required information available to all levels
• Align with all business owners that all business activities are bench-marked, and accurately measured on Table - F on an ongoing basis
• Calculating the required templates as per project requirements to measure performance metrics on Table-F
• Archiving and documenting all data for the assigned projects.
• Provide process control reports including bond factor, VSF reports, and cluster management reports.
• Contribute to the development of an organization's goals and objectives. Failure to obtain results or erroneous judgments or recommendations would normally have serious results and may require the substantial expenditure of resources to correct and/or achieve project goals.
• Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts. Collaboration across multiple business units for business initiatives. Represents the organization on projects and may perform in a project leadership role and/or may supervise the activities of lower-level personnel (exempt professional and non-exempt).
• Analyze data and reporting to identify trends and/or concerns. Escalates concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Work under limited direction. Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.
• Able to draft and present operational procedures and suggested proposals in a professional document or presentation slides.
• Trace products’ data flow in several Information systems through the product lifecycle
