Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences, etc.
- Drive analyses, data mining and insight generation to feed proper decision making.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Support the implementation of promotional plans
- Responsible for planning and develop a marketing strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements and consistent with Games 2 Egypt overall mission, vision and objectives.
- Support the achievement of business goals by managing the reputation and the brand of Games 2 Egypt.
- Support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing and following-up marketing activities.
- Able to work across business groups to align and amplify marketing efforts.
- Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that spread awareness and engagement.
- Serve as a role model in enhancing the company vision
- Grow sales and measure performance against ROI and KPI targets Develop A/B testing ideas and test targeting and creative variations for performance improvements
- Work closely with the rest of the internal team as well as external teams to optimize online content and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Experienced in strategy building.
- Experienced in Digital media campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & SEO Diploma is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency on performance & digital marketing channel planning, optimization & execution. (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mobile networks & Affiliates)
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in performance marketing tools Google Analytics.
