Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences, etc.
  • Drive analyses, data mining and insight generation to feed proper decision making.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Support the implementation of promotional plans
  • Responsible for planning and develop a marketing strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements and consistent with Games 2 Egypt overall mission, vision and objectives.
  • Support the achievement of business goals by managing the reputation and the brand of Games 2 Egypt.
  • Support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing and following-up marketing activities.
  • Able to work across business groups to align and amplify marketing efforts.
  • Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that spread awareness and engagement.
  • Serve as a role model in enhancing the company vision
  • Grow sales and measure performance against ROI and KPI targets Develop A/B testing ideas and test targeting and creative variations for performance improvements
  • Work closely with the rest of the internal team as well as external teams to optimize online content and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Experienced in strategy building.
  • Experienced in Digital media campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO Diploma is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency on performance & digital marketing channel planning, optimization & execution. (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mobile networks & Affiliates)
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in performance marketing tools Google Analytics.
