Job Description

  • Recruit new, and manage current client relationships in order to grow spend:

  1. Advertisers – Work with top management in identifying, approaching and recruiting new clients. Consult clients on their AdSpace needs and allocation.

    Prepare, pitch and managed campaigns for clients.

  2. Agencies – to communicate with planners / buyers regards potential activity

    for the company's clients, recommend preferential routes of spend, and continually educate key decision makers on new features of AdMazad and their benefits.

  • Collaborate with relevant team members to ensure excellent delivery of service to managed accounts and stakeholders.
  • Ensure completion of all tasks related to accounts managed in a timely fashion, includes but not limited to:

  1. Preparing and Communicating production, installation and monitoring reports

  2. Finalization of contracts and other related paperwork

  3. Finalization of invoicing and financials

  • Support, advise, and consult AdMazad.com visitors, new clients and current clients, with their outdoor media plans. Suggesting alternatives when required or recommending properties that would strengthen their campaigns.

  • Provide and pitch appropriate recommendations to allocated agencies, initiating, devising and pitching creative solutions where possible.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in working with agencies or media owners, with strong knowledge of the advertising marketplace, from either a buying and / or planning perspective
  • Excellent contacts within a selection of marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of market pricing/planning details
  • Can demonstrate clear examples of commercial acumen in current and past roles.
  • Can develop strong relationships within your allocated media and advertising agencies, importantly developing specific insights into the nature of their clients business and marketing strategy, in order to be able to provide compelling and creative business solutions
  • Constantly looking to maximize and grow revenue from allocated agencies in order to overachieve revenue targets
  • Extremely comfortable and adaptable with web technology
  • People management skills
  • Can clearly demonstrate personal drive and initiative and able to deliver results.
  • Ability to absorb direction and fulfill internal and external directives.
  • Can constructively deliver feedback and ideas to members of management.
  • Driven to work effectively to both individual and group targets / goals / deadlines.
  • Can be trusted to undertake and complete management requests in suitable timings.
