Job Description
- Handle all sales operations related to the new projects in terms of payment procedures, products documentation and products delivery.
- Lead ad-hoc data analysis across various projects.
- Create company projects on CRM including pricing, unit’s types, layouts and all information received from the development department.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key performance indicators.
- Create and develop sales reports regarding generated leads and quality control.
- Act as the point of contact and source for any information and any documentation related to projects, unit’s specifications, pricing and payment terms to any department.
- Check that the unit status -sold, available, hold are reported and maintained exactly as in master data base.
- Review incoming requests /forms and prepare pricing recommendation for review with sales and prepare final quotes for submittal to customer.
- Develop and communicate inventory operational management policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, inventory movements and identify gaps.
- Archive and control all sales agreements, contracts and documents.
- Maintain procurement and contract records.
- Follow up, approve and reject clients/ brokers CILs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any relevant field.
- 2 -4 years of experience in property or real estate development is a must.
- Program management capability.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, independent and good with numbers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very Good level of English language
