Job Description
- Achieve the Bancassurance set targets, while adhering to new regulations and instructions in order to increase sales scores Vs targets.
- Update database with new customer information and ensure existing customer’s information is updated to ensure data accuracy.
- Achieve cross selling through outbound calls on monthly basis & contribute to achieving the team’s agreed upon targets that improve the product enrolment portfolio.
- Present high quality service during outbound calls, and additionally assigned tasks that eliminate the customer’s fire backs and increase customers satisfaction.
- Report escalated complaints to supervisor to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner to increase customer satisfaction.
- Try to retain the customers who asked to cancel the insurance service in order to decrease the cancelation rate.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent
- 0 – 1 years of experience
Skills
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Reliable, energetic and cooperative
- Excellent communication skills
