Job Description
- Leads and develops the sales and marketing teams including but not limited to performance management, talent management and career development
- Leads activities across brands, including the definition, design, execution and measurement of all marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on the brands’ objectives
- Responsible for sales execution within geography
- Responsible for budgetary compliance
- Achieve a sales target in 2020 of around USD 15.8 M
- Will be responsible for managing a total 90 FTEs in BU
- Manage direct reports include 1 SLSM, 2 PMs, 4 FLSMs

- Strong track record of Customer Centricity, Team Development.
- Strong business acumen.
