Job Description
- Responsible for setting the strategy from Sales and Marketing perspectives for the CVRM portfolio, with effective and strong execution excellence.
- Ensuring high customer centricity on the personal level and through the sales and marketing leaders within BU.
- Cross functionally align with all stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ensure an effective launch machine for the upcoming pipeline of new products.
- Leads and develops the sales and marketing teams including but not limited to performance management, talent management and career development.
- Responsible for budgetary compliance.
- Achieve a Sales Target in 2020 around USD 42M.
- Will be responsible for managing total 200 FTEs in the business unit.
- Manage direct reports of four SLSMs and one Marketing Manager.

- Minimum three years of experience Managing senior Managers positions.

- Launched at least 1or 2 brands in a leading role.
- Strong track record of Customer Centricity, Team Development.
- Strong business acumen.
- High ability to work collaboratively and drive performance through others.
