Senior OSS Engineer

Job Description:

• Monitor the Engineers’ corrective maintenance visits are undertaken efficiently, and timely meeting client satisfaction.
• Support Engineers in installation activities, providing them with guidance and ensuring the work implemented is up to the required standards and in accordance to set milestones.
• Prepare and submit a weekly and monthly progress report to the team leader to clarify the current status and progress of the assigned task.
• Participate in project planning for all the technical aspects related to his team.
• Support the Team Leader in hiring new resources if needed.
• Act as the technical interface with the client in regards to any queries concerning the installation phase.
• Configure and review the application modules based on the detailed design.
• Create application test cases and executes unit test plans.
• Operate support and administrates application modules.
• Participate in project planning for all the technical aspects related to his team.
• Investigate new concepts and technologies.
• Provide technical support to the presales team on the preparation of technical proposals.
• Provide technical training to new stuff and assess their capabilities.
• Measure the performance of his designated team and prepare a consolidated report.
• Participate in performance evaluation engineers.
• Prepare and review the technical documentation of the assigned activities.
• Prepare compiles and review the Project Technical Documentation’s with the details of the installation work and submits to team leader.
