Job Description

  • Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the annual marketing plan, brand positioning and overall objectives set for each of the operating assets.
  • Conduct market research to find answers about customer requirements, habits and trends.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning … etc.)
  • Handle the documentation and filing system of each campaign as per the company’s internal audit standard and requirements.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail ... etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring the success of campaigns using various reporting tools.
  • Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations/Business or a related discipline.
  • Marketing, and/or agency experience.
  • Very Good Command of English.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours, remotely, or weekends when required.
  • Flexibility to travel inside or outside Egypt.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Solid experience in market research, analytics, and segmentation.
  • Previous experience with Content Management System (CMS).
  • Knowledgeable about social media channels (blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, others) and capable of effectively leveraging them for content.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, good understanding of web based and online marketing strategies as well as organic search, keyword optimization and reporting metrics.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and client relations skills.
  • Strong ability to make decisions and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Team player who can build strong relationships with different teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns and oversee their full life-cycle, including creative/copy development, data segmentation and reporting/analysis.
  • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine action.
  • Writing and Creative Content skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and to handle multiple projects.
  • Problems solving skills.
  • Accept challenges and able to meet deadlines.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
