Lean Six Sigma Engineer

Using the six-sigma approach and the lean management we are rethinking the management system of ERP. This redesign is required so we can achieve greater efficiencies and avoid all unnecessary step in management, we are building all process based of world class standards, the project champion is the president of the company, so the entire organization is aligning and committed.

This position has great influence in the development of our product and therefore we need a dedicated person.

May have to travel internationally for case analysis and training.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiency, productivity projects of the section.
• Permanently seek for the best practices for both internal and external processes.
• Develops narrowly focused, clearly defined projects to streamline and improve organizational processes.
• Coordinate, collect and analyze data to develop statistical problem and goal statements geared to deliver on annual Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (S, Q, D, C) objectives.
• Develop, identify, and share best manufacturing/ lean practices, methods, and ideas with all pertinent value streams leaders, as well as coach and mentor peers and leadership in lean six sigma methods.
• Integrated lean six-sigma journey implementation.
• Provide Factory Master Plan leadership, counsel, and understanding of current and advanced lean techniques to drive business results as it relates to the overall operation.
• Process & loss mapping and value stream improvement.
