Job Description
Managing the account with all operations internally and externally and generally handle employee relations, training and development, recruitment, organizational development, and talent management.
Account Management:
- Create and execute an operational plan for the account.
- Provide a quarter objectives report for the client with approval from the senior advisor.
- Provide monthly objective reports for the senior advisor to check the progress.
Recruitment:
- Responsible for the recruitment process and manpower planning.
- Responsible for attracting a qualified pool of candidates
- Responsible for screening and filtering resumes for each position
- Conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Issuing Offer Letters for accepted candidates
- Sending thank you Emails to rejected candidates
- Enhance Employer branding
On-boarding & training:
- Send employee tickets to Administration and IT departments.
- Conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
- Complete hiring documents of new hires.
- Design training programs for the employees to enhance the performance
Performance Management:
- Responsible for the performance management process.
- Managing & enhancing the performance of employees.
Employee Relations:
- Engage the employees and build a great work environment between management and employees.
- Providing OD suggestions to enhance the process flow and business direction.
- Coordinate QA reports with the account’s senior advisor.
Job Requirements
- 6 Months - 3 years of experience in HR
- Blue-collar recruitment is a major advantage
- Age:24 TO 27
- Knowledge - Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
