Schneider Electric is seeking a Social media Support agent who is capable to assist all our customers interactions on social media.
Responsibilities
- Support all interactions of customers on official social media pages.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams through a monthly meeting with all BUs sponsors for MPP “monthly posting plan”.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Review perquisites for any new post / campaign
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Work with 3rd party agencies to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Content writing
- Update FAQ template for backup usages
- Call customers to explore potential opportunities
- Support onsite events
Job Requirements
Education: BSc degree in Marketing or Mass-communication (Engineering as well is accepted to apply)
Experience: 1- 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
