Job Description
- Full execution of the recruitment process ( including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers)
- Explore new recruitment channels.
- Execution of the recruitment social media communication, ruled by approved Marketing and HR Principles.
- Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies.
- Provide regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
- Communicate early warnings.
- Preform other special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree (in any field related to OB, Human resources, Human development).
- Interviewing Skills (job interviewing certificate is a plus)
- Communication Skills.
- Basic Analytical skills.
- Attention to details.
- Administration Skills.
- Computer knowledge (mid to expert level)
- High level of Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
