Job Description
- Achieving production plans according to schedule plans.
- Achieving and improving product quality requirements in accordance with the quality control plan and customer requirements.
- Improving production processes by raising productivity, reducing waste, reducing breakdowns and downtimes, to achieve the target overall efficiency of OEE.
- Implement SMED, 5S and Lean six sigma Techniques.
- Assist management to resolve production problems.
- Responsible for product quality and activating the built-in quality system.
- Production Engineer completely responsible productive sections Supervised by and also responsible for all the decisions signed by him and responsible for the safety of any document the adoption or revision.
- Follow up on the key performance indicators for production lines.
6 of October or Giza Residents is proffered.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Production / mechanical.
- Job seekers with good and very good grade will be preferred
- Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in Same role in FMCG
- Languages: Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
Technical Skills:
- Dealing with CAD
- Dealing with sheet metal design
- A good knowledge of electrical circuits
Other Skills:
- Ability to implement( SMED, OEE, 5S Techniques )
- Leadership skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Very good communication skills
- V. Good in M.S Office and Google Sheets.
- Certified in Lean manufacturing is a must
