Job Description
- General Administrative Secretarial Work.
- Daily management of office activities
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
- File documents in digital filing documentations.
- Prepare documentation reports on projects when required
- Ensure all information logged electronically for easy retrieval of information.
- Essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports, correspondences
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
- Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date for managerial level, arranging interviews.
- Set up, copy, scan, and store documents
- Manage and ordering stationery and all office supplies.
- Answering calls, taking messages, handling correspondence, maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Help in preparing attendance fills and sheets.
- In addition to any other assigned tasks by the top management within the scope of work.
Job Requirements
- BS/MA degree in any major.
- Required 5 - 10 Years experience.
- Experience in the sector (construction companies) is a must.
- Basic HR background.
- Strong leadership and high communication skills.
- English and management attitudes are must.
- Office suite Experience with scheduling, budgeting.
- Presentable.
