Job Description

  • General Administrative Secretarial Work.
  • Daily management of office activities
  • Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
  • File documents in digital filing documentations.
  • Prepare documentation reports on projects when required
  • Ensure all information logged electronically for easy retrieval of information.
  • Essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff.
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
  • Preparing letters, presentations, and reports, correspondences 
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
  • Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date for managerial level, arranging interviews.
  • Set up, copy, scan, and store documents
  • Manage and ordering stationery and all office supplies.
  • Answering calls, taking messages, handling correspondence, maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Help in preparing attendance fills and sheets.
  • In addition to any other assigned tasks by the top management within the scope of work.

Job Requirements

  • BS/MA degree in any major.
  • Required 5 - 10 Years experience.
  • Experience in the sector (construction companies) is a must.
  • Basic HR background.
  • Strong leadership and high communication skills.
  • English and management attitudes are must.
  • Office suite Experience with scheduling, budgeting.
  • Presentable.
