Job Description

  • Perform the whole Recruitment procedures to fulfill the required Manpower of the company (planning, advertising, interviewing, selection, orientation.
  • Follow up and assist in Creating the future Man-power plan.
  • Help creating new and adjusting current company policies.
  • Create and manage proper company KPIs and Objectives.
  • Handle Performance Management related tasks.
  • Assist in creating and implementing annual TNA.
  • Assist in creating company succession plan.
  • Assist in making company satisfaction surveys
  • Monitor & Update company structure as needed.
  • Follow-up the Exit Interview Process and analyze present data.
  • Audit and revisit the whole Recruitment procedures to fulfill the required Manpower of the company (planning, advertising, interviewing, selection, orientation.
  • Follow up and assist in Creating the future Man-power plan.
  • Generate relevant Human Resources reports

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • HR Diploma and FMCG Experience is a plus
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic both written and spoken
  • Excellent use of Excel and Microsoft Ppt
  • Strong Analytical background
