Job Description
- Perform the whole Recruitment procedures to fulfill the required Manpower of the company (planning, advertising, interviewing, selection, orientation.
- Follow up and assist in Creating the future Man-power plan.
- Help creating new and adjusting current company policies.
- Create and manage proper company KPIs and Objectives.
- Handle Performance Management related tasks.
- Assist in creating and implementing annual TNA.
- Assist in creating company succession plan.
- Assist in making company satisfaction surveys
- Monitor & Update company structure as needed.
- Follow-up the Exit Interview Process and analyze present data.
- Audit and revisit the whole Recruitment procedures to fulfill the required Manpower of the company (planning, advertising, interviewing, selection, orientation.
- Follow up and assist in Creating the future Man-power plan.
- Generate relevant Human Resources reports
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- HR Diploma and FMCG Experience is a plus
- Excellent command of English and Arabic both written and spoken
- Excellent use of Excel and Microsoft Ppt
- Strong Analytical background
