Job Description
- Providing training to employees and providing advice to department heads on occupational health and safety.
- Implement and develop Health and Safety policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
- Contributes to the preparation of the Health and Safety budget to ensure alignment with the approved set budget.
- Carries out audits and safety inspections and evaluates potential health and safety risks within the premises to ensure that operations are running safely.
- Interacts with external parties such as local authorities and civil defense to ensure compliance with local health and safety standards and regulations.
- Leads the emergency response plan during the incident and the accident investigation afterward to prevent a recurrence.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, and health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sciences.
- Holds basic HSE certificate.
- 3 years minimum experience in HSE in the manufacturing field.
