Job Description
Job holder is mainly responsible for providing efficient and accurate processing of suppliers' payments, customer invoices, cash receipts, and allocation of payments against specific transactions. Moreover, this position involves diplomatic interaction with the company's clients to provide billing information and support in order to facilitate swift payment. In addition to that, the incumbent is responsible for paying all utility expenses for the admin building.
- Receiving and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
- Verifying that the transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Managing all the clients' accounts in terms of claims invoices cash collection and payment.
- Preparing, verifying, and processing invoices and coding payment documents.
- Payment of all the company's utilities (ex: electric invoices, water invoices).
- Managing the cheque run from the supplier to the bank.
- Recording all cheques.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding financial and payment issues.
- Maintain a filing system for all financial documents.
Job Requirements
- University degree in commerce /Accounting.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Good English language.
- Good Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Applications).
- Active, dynamic, and good communication skills.
