???? Key Responsibilities

???? Proactively engage with clients and build trust-based relationships

???? Resolve inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism

???? Collect and act on customer feedback to improve services

???? Advise customers using in-depth product knowledge

???? Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client journey

???? Drive sales by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions

???? Monitor inventory levels and manage product orders

???? Handle accurate data entry for client records and inventory

✅ Requirements

???? Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or equivalent medical field

???? 0–2 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role

???? Strong communication and problem-solving skills

???? Sales mindset with attention to detail in data entry

???? Proficient in English
