Job Description
- Products planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including gathering & prioritizing products & clients' requirements.
- Setting short term & long-term strategy of product’s roadmap
- Coordinating with internal & external channels to assure the new products launching and all the necessary associated activities
- Launching new products & promoting them.
- Follow up on the product performance in the market by researching the market to collect the necessary information for that
- Conduct the marketing research & analyse the results so as to recommend modifications or elimination of ineffective product features
- Updating forms and applications in coordination with (Compliance, Legal, Audit and Work Methods).
- Review the marketing material of products on a regular basis
- Decide on the products naming, visual, pricing & positioning in the market.
- Identify the proper marketing channels for products & work on using such channels properly for marketing the products
- Follow up on the SMS & call centre campaigns
- Handle the ongoing projects to develop and expand the consumer finance business
- Develop reports including forecasting, product reviews, post implementation analysis.
- Follow up on performance of existing products/ projects
- Implementing the overall product strategy and annual plan to achieve targeted sales & revenue figures.
- Keeps track of new product launches and information, ensuring all channel information is kept up to date.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years’ experience in Business Development
- Know about Agile methodology and can apply agile mindset to all aspect of work
- Can work in a fast-paced evolving environment and use flexible approach to enable rapid delivery
- Can work within given constraints including but not limited to technology, policy, regulatory, financial and legal constraints.
- Can prioritize spending based on ROI
- Understand different phases of product delivery and can contribute to plan or run these.
- Can maintain a product or process through delivery phases, into live and then into retirement.
- Can maintain a product over time to continuously meet user needs
- Can manage operational process of designing and running a product through its entire product life cycle.
- Know how to implement best practice in new product development and how to plan and put into operations the stages of new product.
- Can understand and identify problems, analyzing and helping to identify the appropriate solution
