Job Description
- Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices, and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practices.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers, and managing orientation and onboarding process.
- Administers monthly payroll processing procedures for all Employees and maintains supporting files and documentation.
- Ensuring the calculation of all salary deductions is made accurately and that payments to the appropriate authorities are made on a timely basis.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management.
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
- Maintains human resource information system records and personnel files.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, prefer that the degree is in human resources or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in the HR operation field.
- In-depth knowledge of hiring practices, payroll administration, labor, and social insurance laws.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer and Internet proficiency.
- The HR Senior Specialist must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.
