Job Description
- Daily Keep and follow all new sales orders
- Create new customer and get the legal docs
- Modify and update he customer register (customer name, customer ID, agreed payment terms and methods,)
- Prepare and ensure from sending the aging report by weekly basis or on request
- Make the FX for customer balances
- Adjust and maintain the customer balances by the all kinds of deduction
- File and keep in a good way copy for all docs (sales invoice, collection proof, withholding tax receipt, sales orders,)
- Coordinate and prepare the sales incentive as per signed system
- Daily update the backlog.
- Daily update the customer ledger
- Keep a copy form all customer LG's and LC's attached with their orders
- Highlight and report the hot issues related to customers
- Prepare any provision or accruals for customers’ orders and balances
- Monthly report for receivable collection plan.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce
- Years of Experience: 1+ years of experience in financial field
- Language: Good English & Arabic
- Computer skills: Microsoft office, Good Computer experience, user on ORACLE ERP system
- Financial accounting skills including basic book-keeping: Able to produce financial accounts giving a true and fair view.
- Analytical thinking about financial processes: Able to make appropriate recommendations/proposals and assess and evaluate effectiveness of data
- Management accounting and financial management skills: Able to analyses and interpret complex financial statements to identify trends and significant messages using ratios, percentages and comparative figures.
- Able to contribute to the content of business plans covering several years and to prepare the figures including cash flow statements and investment proposals.
- Written skills: Able to produce a written report summarizing options, demonstrating the decision making process and stating clearly the proposed conclusion
- Process analysis and project management skills: Able to review a complete transaction process system, able to identify control procedures, resource needs and interdependencies. Able to manage projects with a complex scope using advanced project management skills including establishing the timeline, resources, risks and deliverables
- Presentation skills: Ability to make effective presentations to senior managers using effective presentation aids and dealing with questions raised
- IT skills: Able to apply advanced Word or Excel techniques to practical situations. Able to create reports incorporating text/data and graphs. Able to manipulate data files using sorting and filtering techniques
