Job Description
- Provide general administration support to the project team and organize the work processes in the administrative office.
- Preparation of reports and creating presentations, organization of meetings and conferences, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangement
- Act as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Assistant to General Manager Egypt and administrative support for Plant Management Team.
Job Requirements
- Education in the field of business administration
- 2 years + of professional experience in an administration function
- Very good command of English, the German language is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint)
