Job Description
- Develops initiates and applies quality standards for tests, inspections and evaluations.
- Establishes and maintains the quality awareness throughout the production department.
- Performs inspection on the process and final inspection according to quality standards and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to quality control aspects in coordination with the production Manager.
- Leads the Quality control team within the shift in order to make sure that the production process is working properly.
- Takes the right and fast decision of not packaging any defected products.
- Raise non-conformance report and submit it to the top management directly.
- Supports the Production Manager in dealing with the manufacturing operations for all the Quality matters.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Production Engineering is preferred.
- Min 7 years experiences in QC within the manufacturing industry.
- Age between 30 – 40 years old
- Excellent Communications Skills.
- Decision Making Skills.
