Job Description
- Evaluate research, forecast Market trends and opportunities in the assigned brands, and obtain competitor insights.
- Evaluate and analyze key competitor’s activities including communications, product development, Pricing, overall strategy and exact marketing programs.
- Develop and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans to accommodate company goals.
- Forecast sales activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Revising the annual business plan of each sales manager and each medical rep
- Follow up the sales achievement of each division
- Making corrective action , if there are deviation from the target
Job Requirements
- Experience 10 to 15 years at least 3 years in the same position
- maximum age : 45
- Very good command of English
- The medical background is a Must
- Medical devices industry is a plus
- Team Building, decision making and people management skills
