- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Work Conditions :
- Night Shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM
- Transportation ( Door to Door for Girls )
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Experience in Offshore Call Centers
