Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop HRM activities that match Market changes and Company growth.
- Creating recruitment plan and coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Build annual Man Power plan, Organization Chart, Career Path, KPIs.
- Creating / design Job description / Job specification
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc….)
- Review received applications against the job requirements and conduct initial screening and interview
- Develop an overall/ individualized training and development plan
- Implement Orientation Program (Induction, on Boarding) to ensure smooth on-boarding for all new comers
- Creating HR policies and procedure
- Lead & activate the communication channels between HR & employees.
- Develop Competitive Annual Salary Structure & Dividends according to Market Changes
- Manage files & and ensure that all records are updated in compliance with labor law
- Maintains leave balances and prepares relevant leave reports.
- Create / review employee contracts, assign and enter employee identification numbers into the database.
- Ensure that all employees’ data is up-to-date and all HR Processes comply with Labor

- Bachelor degree is must / HR Diploma is Plus
- 4-6 years of practical HR experience
Skills and attributes:
- People Oriented, customer focus, very good communications skills, forward thinking very good knowledge of MS programs /familiar with ERP systems
