Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop HRM activities that match Market changes and Company growth.
  • Creating recruitment plan and coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Build annual Man Power plan, Organization Chart, Career Path, KPIs.
  • Creating / design Job description / Job specification
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc….)
  • Review received applications against the job requirements and conduct initial screening and interview
  • Develop an overall/ individualized training and development plan
  • Implement Orientation Program (Induction, on Boarding) to ensure smooth on-boarding for all new comers
  • Creating HR policies and procedure
  • Lead & activate the communication channels between HR & employees.
  • Develop Competitive Annual Salary Structure & Dividends according to Market Changes
  • Manage files & and ensure that all records are updated in compliance with labor law
  • Maintains leave balances and prepares relevant leave reports.
  • Create / review employee contracts, assign and enter employee identification numbers into the database.
  • Ensure that all employees’ data is up-to-date and all HR Processes comply with Labor

Job Requirements

  • Male only
  • Bachelor degree is must / HR Diploma is Plus
  • 4-6 years of practical HR experience

Skills and attributes:

  • People Oriented, customer focus, very good communications skills, forward thinking very good knowledge of MS programs /familiar with ERP systems
