Job Description
Operational Duties & Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management and Investment strategy
- Take a leading role in formulating investment strategy, and proposing an asset allocation and to present the said proposal to the Investment committee
- Presenting investment recommendations based on research & fundamental analysis for different sectors and / or Quantitative tools
- Responsible for implementing the underling investment strategy and asset allocations based on client preference & risk tolerance.
- Monitor accounts' allocation and apply rebalancing when necessary
- Scan markets for investment opportunities, in addition to monitoring the market for position maintenance
- Analyze investment portfolios to determine opportunities to optimize risk/return relationship.
- Ensure that all investment transactions are processed, recorded and reported on a timely basis.
- Keeps well abreast of the market movements, and accordingly makes the appropriate investment decision within the permissible investment guidelines.
Costumer Focus
- Provide professional, personalized and private management for High Net worth individuals and PAM institutional clients' assets.
- Ensure customers retention and development through monitoring of customers satisfaction
- Conduct Periodical meetings with clients to be aware of any change in investment targets or risk appetite of clients
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations & Strategy Reports for existing clients, as well as prepare proposals for prospective clients.
- Ensures the proper reporting to clients as agreed upon in the contractual agreement.
- Review all transactions executed on behalf of managed funds /portfolios and ensures that all said transactions processed Confirm to regulations of the FRA and results are reported back to Division Head.
- Document client communication in client management system.
- Ensure appropriate marketing of Prime Group & Prime Asset Management services and penetration into new business that would increase the market share of Prime Asset Management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A) or equivalent education or in addition to the following working experience.
- At least 10-12 years hands on Investment experience in the local and/or regional markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge base and technical skills in portfolio management and investment valuation.
- Computer literacy and knowledge in investment application software.
- Communicational skills and ability to work in teams.
