Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
  • Respond to queries on site or remotely.
  • Respond to Ticketing System withing the defined SLA.
  • Guide users through problem-solving process.
  • Install, modify and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Resolve problems by running diagnostic programs.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Gain feedback from users about computer usage.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

Job Requirements

  • A university degree is a must ( preferably Computer Science or Computer Engineering ).
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Basic knowledge of different operation systems like linux and windows is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Android and iOS Development is a plus.
  • ITI graduate is preferable.
