Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
- Respond to queries on site or remotely.
- Respond to Ticketing System withing the defined SLA.
- Guide users through problem-solving process.
- Install, modify and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Resolve problems by running diagnostic programs.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Gain feedback from users about computer usage.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Job Requirements
- A university degree is a must ( preferably Computer Science or Computer Engineering ).
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of different operation systems like linux and windows is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Android and iOS Development is a plus.
- ITI graduate is preferable.
