Finance Business Partner - Vaccines

• The role will primarily be responsible for working with the Vx Business Unit Head and Marketing team to develop ambitious yet achievable financial plan and updates for KSA Vx Business Unit.
• Carrying out all ancillary planning activities including and not limited to plan phasing, exchange and cost flips, submission of plan in financial planning system, preparing EMC offline templates and presentations.
• Regularly analyses opportunities for optimization in areas of pricing, volume, G2N discounts, channel analyses and SG&A specially related to field headcount costs to maximize the return for the Business Unit P&L
• Analyze all government tender bids for the Business unit. Propose pricing and financial criterion in liaison with the commercial team.
• Contribute numerical and/ or graphical information that will form part of Dashboards or information showing progress on the Commercial Strategy. Provide insights on successes and opportunities using dashboards and analyses to optimize ROI and profits from ongoing operations.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Providing visibility to the management on performance and spend by providing monthly and adhoc financial reports per requirement.
• Analysis of monthly actual spend and to market sales vs. budget, YTD /YTG trend analysis.
• Monthly review of market returns and expiries and discussion with logistics and commercial for their improvement and controls.
• Process improvement initiatives on all reporting and system automation to minimize manual work and efficient reporting that support decision making

Accountability

• Ensuring deliveries of the objectives/ monthly tasks as per agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance of the local SOPs, where applicable.
• Timely delivery of projects.
