Job Description
You will work in multi-disciplinary teams for some of the biggest, and most recognized corporate brands in the MENA region. You will help drive their business performance by helping them to design and implement shared services.
You will be expected to build relationships at senior levels within client organizations: working with them to understand their business problems and priorities, consulting with your EY peers to evaluate solution options that you will be expected to design and deliver, motivating and managing your team, often across borders and always from a diverse set of backgrounds.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, out of which a minimum of 3 years must be within consulting focus on finance transformation and broader finance and operational excellence consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Finance, Accounting, Engineering and a professional certification like ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA or CMA; OR MBA or Master’s in Finance.
- Experience in driving and reporting of large transformation projects
- The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project requirement dictate.

- Track record with a leading consulting firm
- Proficiency in the Arabic language
