Job Description
- Managing and supervising front desk specialists team to ensure compliance with internal security policies, Security requirements of the clients and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Working with staff to develop Security plans for the buildings by monitoring the access controls for employees.
- Managing security company to ensure compliance with internal security policies.
- Monitoring security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with licensing requirements, regulations.
- Managing investigation programs, including collection and preservation of video and notes of surveillance processes or investigative interviews.
- Supporting efforts to reduce substance abuse or other illegal activities to ensure compliance with internal security policies.
- Preparing reports related to compliance matters and audits.
Job Requirements

- Must be able to observe situations and make the appropriate response.
- Must be able to work with speed.
- Must have previous experience as a police officer, military police officer or security guard with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.

- Surveillance experience.

- Very good English (Written, spoken).
- 27001 certificate is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of management practices and principles so he can efficiently perform his job.
