- The Sourcing Specialist then drafts detailed contracts to be reviewed by both their company and the supplier.
- They work in conjunction with legal counsel to include all the details of their negotiation. Once the contract is complete, they submit the necessary paperwork and communicating contact deals with their company.
- Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting processes.
- Work on increasing sourcing channels.
Job Requirements
- Having sourcing experience.
- Highly analytical and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication.
- Showing proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable.
