Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization’s current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically.
  • These activities will include: monitoring the cleaning process for all the offices and toilets etc…..
  • Responsible for housekeeping supplies and maintain sufficient stocks in coordination with procurement parties.
  • Oversee the administration to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
  • Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well maintained.
  • Responsible for the daily activity of car fleet and providing the workers with needed transportation.
  • Manage transportation agencies to ensure the safety and safe travel of company staff whilst addressing possible problems that may arise.
  • Delivering and receiving needed documents from different entities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any relevant major.
  • Previous experience in Admin. Supervision is a must
  • Preferable to have previous experience for clearance activities.
  • Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
