Job Description
- Managing the projects in best practice and fulfill the organization's objectives financially and non-financially.
- Responsible to understand customer's requirements and process the cost estimation on time with good prices to gain the customer's trust.
- Maintaining and improving the organization's reputation by executing projects as per customer's requirements and drawings
- Coordination of work program based on clients’ target dates
- Leading, managing and improving estimation, production, technical, purchasing, quality & safety, store, & transportation
- Recruiting, maintaining and developing the workforce for their sections
- Coordinating with the production team for submittal of material samples for approval according to specifications/ designs and ensure technical data sheets provided are submitted
- Inspecting finished products for maintaining strict control on QA/QC.
- Implementing the best practice in safety in all factory departments.
- Purchasing, maintaining and developing machines in order to fulfill the production needs.
- Must be responsible for managing all production activities from inception to delivery & Installation
- Liaises with Accounts, Estimation, Draughtsmen, Procurement, Logistic & site
- Production planning, Scheduling, Quality assurance, Health & Safety.
- Maintaining machinery & other company assets.
- Smooth operation, working closely with management to achieve goals of the organization
- Manage & coordinate Team of carpenters, spray painters, electricians, upholsterers, fiber fabricators, wall paper applicators, draughtsmen and designers
- Keeping up to date with latest production tools, equipment and material.
- Providing daily work report with photos to management.
- Reviewing the work performance of all subordinates
Job Requirements
- 5-8 Years of experience in similar position
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
- Excellent Command of Technical softwares related to the job
- Professional user of MS Office applications
- Excellent business communications & reports writing skills
- Have previous experience working with ERP systems
