Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Organize travel and meeting for the Chairman & Head of Departments.
  • Organize office filling system up to date.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Addressing employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).
  • Monitoring front desk area and make sure is it clean & quiet.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of office management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • English (Excellent verbal & written)
  • Strong time management
  • Flexibility and multitasking ability
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
