Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Organize travel and meeting for the Chairman & Head of Departments.
- Organize office filling system up to date.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Addressing employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).
- Monitoring front desk area and make sure is it clean & quiet.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- English (Excellent verbal & written)
- Strong time management
- Flexibility and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
