Job Description

  • Participate in business planning with the front line management to develop a marketing & communications strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements and consistent with Majorel's overall mission, vision, and objectives.
  • Support the achievement of business goals by managing the reputation and the brand of Majorel according to global guidelines.
  • Support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing and following-up marketing activities for different market and customer segments.
  • Able to work across business groups to align and amplify global marketing efforts and lead the development of connected business growth programs.
  • Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that spread awareness, engagement and services adoption.
  • Support Majorel’s objectives through Internal communications: Communicating the company vision and strategic development programs to employees according to global guidelines.
  • Identify and anticipate the need for change-management communications and provide strategic insight.
  • Oversee stakeholder relationships, provide and distribute local news according to global guidelines and regulations. Support global news with localized content and media distribution when possible.
  • Serve as a role model in enhancing the company vision.

Job Requirements

  • University degree holder.
  • Females only.
  • Minimum 7 years proven track record in a similar role with a focus on marketing research and analytics.
  • Should have strong business acumen, accompanied by analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams and matrix management.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Middle East region.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.
  • Flawless communication (public speaking and media relations) inclusive of writing and editing skills.
  • Excellent understanding of various CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
