Job Description
- Responsible for all the administration tasks related to the HR department.
- Assist the HR team members in the daily operational tasks.
- Handle the employees requests, complains, conflicts, disputes and assign the tasks to the authorized HR specialist in a timely manner.
- Submit weekly/daily reports on the status of the tasks to the HR departments.
- Coordinate and organize the weekly and monthly meetings of the HR team with other departments.
- Prepare the meeting’s agenda, taking minutes of meetings and follow up the action plans.
- Coordinate the internal/external training courses and reserve the suitable training rooms for each course.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Provide information to Co-workers, subordinates and supervisors over phone, in written form, email or in person and respond to all employee’s inquiries in timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any relevant certificate
- From 1 to 3 years of experience
- HR Diploma or its equivalent is preferable
- Eager to learn
- Team player
- Able to handle several tasks at the same time
- Able to communicate properly with different levels inside the organization
- Able to meet deadlines
- Very good command of English Language
- Very good user of MS office
- Very good data analysis techniques and excellent follow up skills
- Good problem solving and very good communication skills
