Job Description

  • Respond to technical requests assistance in person, via phone or service desk application.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users maintaining their satisfaction.
  • Research questions using available information resources (service desk knowledge base).
  • Advise user with appropriate action through troubleshooting steps.
  • Follow help desk procedures.
  • Log all help desk activates & incidents.
  • Redirect problems to appropriate team.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Provide support physically in site whenever possible.

Job Requirements

  • Professional Knowledge about installing and configuring computer operating system, software, printers and scanners.
  • Professional Knowledge about investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware issues.
  • Bachelor degree is a must.
  • Age less than 28.
  • Language Skills: Good English (oral/written).
  • Working 24/7 in different sites.
