Job Description
- Support requirements gathering and solution design activities.
- Configure and deploy Microsoft On-Premises & 365 based Modern Workforce solutions.
- Manage Microsoft customers’ onboarding programs, such as Microsoft FastTrack Program.
- Systems integration and data migration activities.
- Support pre-sales activities (when needed).
- Support on the creation of solutions’ documentation.
- Ability to work on different time zones if needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree.
- 5+ Years of relevant working experience (at least two years with M365 technologies)
- Fluency in English and French is a Must.
- Hands-on with enabling and configuring related Microsoft 365 services.
- At least holding one of the following Microsoft Modern Workplace associate M365 Administrator Certification in: Desktop; Teamwork or Messaging.
- Flexible to travel up to 50%.
