Job Description
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Translate design documents into high-quality code.
- Work in a cross-functional mission team with engineers, designers, business analysts and product owners.
- Help to enable your mission team to iterate fast and learn about our customers by designing, launching and iterating on A/B experiments
- Continuously improve our code base, systems and processes
- Design and develop efficient solutions that can continue to scale
- Mentor other team members and be involved in hiring
- Implement high quality Software following appropriate modern design patterns
- Develop and implement mobile applications, middle ware, and frameworks.
- Utilize your expertise in Native Android & Java development to create robust and scalable high-volume production applications and develop prototypes quickly.
- Build modern user interfaces as well as engineer complex solutions that run directly on the mobile device.
Job Requirements
- Experience building and deploying a moderately complex Flutter & Native Android apps.
- Published at least one app on the Play Store using Flutter/ Native (Java/Kotlin).
- Familiarity with SOLID principles and clean architecture.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building.
- Familiarity with BLoC and/or Provider.
- Experience in networking and integrating third-party APIs.
- Experience Working with a version control system (Git).
- Experience Working with Firebase.
- Experience Working with maps APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox).
- Experience Working with Socket.IO.
- Translating UI/UX designs into code.
- Advanced debugging/testing/optimization.
