Job Description
- Collaborate with other departments to contribute on research projects on topics such as research, modify/improve current textile manufacturing processes, develop automation concept for textile manufacturing line, modify/improve current textile structure to enhance production.
- Applies technical competencies to problems with significant complexity.
- Participate in the new product development teams; collaborate with engineers to provide ideas and suggestions for improved design concepts and qualification activities.
- Makes difficult design trade-offs and decisions about features, schedule, quality and cost.
- Proactively determines measures and standards of success for project, product, and process quality within project teams.
- Challenges established work processes and proactively finds creative solution.
- Communicates accurately, succinctly and with purpose up, down and across the organization through written and verbal communication.
- Creates an environment of innovation and exploration.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
Background and Qualifications:
- Education: Faculty of Engineering - Major: Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 7 years experience at R&D field with at least 1 year in the same position.
