Job Description
Job Purpose:
Preparing required job plans and programs for implementing the department objectives. As well as supervising the proper implementation and ensuring the proper usage of vehicals, gases, administrative follow-up of drivers, filling annual reports and evaluation of drivers.
- Fleet and Transportation department ‘s work planning.
- Suggests trips for Vehicles.
- Directs underlings and solves their issues in the workplace and evaluates their performance.
- Determines the timetable for each round trip.
- Periodic inspection of Vehicles to ensure their suitability.
- Supervising maintenance work on all kind of Vehicles on specific times.
- Supervising the cleaning and good appearance of Vehicles
- Follow up on repairing Vehicles in the workshops.
- Ensuring and following up of the validity of drivers’ licenses before starting their work.
- Follow up on renewing car licenses on time and take the necessary actions regarding them.
- Follow-up periodical checks for all vehicles and repairing of damages.
- Suspend of the drivers who violate the instructions and regulations or whose licenses have been lost or expired.
- Supervising the proper use of transportation by drivers.
- Assigned work to him in his field of Specialization.
Job Requirements

- Not less than 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pursuer
- Ability to handle multitasks with high proficiency.
- Good knowledge with maintenance systems and instructions.
