Job Description
- Study design briefs to create high-quality creative work, from conception to execution.
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, and style, as well as related aesthetic concepts.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, corporate branding, magazines, social media, exhibitions, corporate identity etc…
- Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with the marketing team and making necessary changes.
- Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Ensuring all projects adhere to visual brand guidelines.
- Creating design solutions that have a high visual impact by developing creative ideas & concepts and choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the required objectives.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Job Requirements
- Proven graphic designing experience in FMCG.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of branding concepts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
- Motion graphic design and animation design is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing advertisements, and multimedia, design.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
