At a leading Engineering Company in Cairo:
- Grow Pumps business at our client's
- Penetrate the pumps market in Egypt
- Build a relationship with all market stakeholders
- Recruit new customers at all market segments.
- Retain current customers and increase their business.
- Control costs and ensure profitability.
- Motivate and train team to accomplish better results.
- Work closely with other divisions to find opportunities to cross-sell.
- Manage & Report daily/ weekly and monthly reports.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Educated to degree level with an Engineering background.
Experience:
- Min. 15 years of experience in the pumps market in Egypt.
Skills:
- Relationship builder.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Very good communication skills.
- Planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the English Language.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
