Job Description
- Can deal with the state, or local government level, prefer who familiar with building codes, zoning laws, and the production of blueprints and other foundation diagrams.
- Follow up with engineers and act in a similar capacity to consultant offices managers, utilizing a mixture of construction knowledge and engineering principles.
- Building engineers analyze reports, help designers to mach all government required , and manage contracts and design drawings.
- Create construction schedules and keep construction sites in compliance with applicable laws.
- Design surveying, safety, and estimating
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering with an emphasis in construction
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Have to be involved in technical aspects of construction projects, so attention to detail is important
- Have excellent math skills and the ability to troubleshoot on-site problems and analyze plans
- Strong communication skills are paramount to make sure information flows smoothly from design to the city hall departments and all government departments to be able to follow up extracting all type of licence .
