Job Description
- Preparation of the offering memorandum and the company analysis and valuation.
- Conduct macro economic and industry research.
- Collect all historical data concerning the company's operations and financials, and its internal structure in order to determine its efficiency and current status, highlighting the problems facing the company and exploring all possible solutions, restructuring the company's future financial statements according to the new suggested solutions, conduct projection scenarios for the company's performance during the forecasted period, apply different valuation models, to come up with the average value of the company, prepare presentations
- And approaching potential clients to market for the transaction.
- Couching and supervising analysts and junior analysts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in economics/finance/business administration, minimum 3-5 years experience in the financial analysis field.
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Highly analytical and good attention to details
- MBA, CFA or other professional designations preferred
