Job Description
- Maintains information technology strategies.
- Good experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Develop the IT policies, procedures of his supervised functions, ensure compliance to the set policies and procedures
- Develop and set the annual budget plan of his department, ensuring alignment with company’s vision and strategies and submits it to the CEO for approval
- Oversee the IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff, Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Ensure smooth delivery and operations of IT services
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of IT work experience.
- At least 3 years in managerial position.
- Network infrastructure, Cisco call manager, Cisco Routers and switches, Cisco ASA, Firewall.
- Experience in Domain environment, Active directory
- Experience in managing IT in retail business.
- Experience in retail ERP system Microsoft AX.
- Advanced application of business process knowledge: Functional Application expertise
- Very Good English level
- Proven experience in successful team management
